Lincoln County Released Mugshot Records

When two images appear to show the same person, match booking ID, date, case number, and originating agency. A common name, similar charge, or visual resemblance is not enough to merge records.

Correct or Remove a Lincoln County Mugshot

It does not make all booking photographs confidential, require every independent publisher to remove an image after release, or erase an official record automatically.
Expungement and Lincoln County Photo Access
Missouri §610.140 provides a court process for eligible expungement petitions. If granted, named agencies and entities close covered records under §610.120. The petition must identify the entities believed to hold the records, and eligibility depends on statutory conditions and exclusions. A missing entity may not be affected by the order.
